Feeling unheard? Is injustice or past trauma holding you back? Want to break free from silence and shame?
You’re in the right place.
We amplify the voices of girls and women facing forced marriage, censorship, violence, and neglect, because we all deserve to be safe, free, and heard.
Our stories, research, and sisterhood help you speak out, heal, and shape a fairer future.
We know these struggles
Every resource here is shaped by survivors, researchers, and sisters from our communities. They’re here to help you make sense of your situation, break the silence, and find your power

Will things ever change at home?
Harm doesn’t always come with bruises, silence, control, and guilt can be just as heavy. This guide helps you recognise manipulation, name what’s happening, and decide what safety and freedom mean for you

How can I protect myself online?
Digital spaces can be risky, but you can reclaim them. Learn how to spot threats, secure your accounts, and protect your privacy when speaking up, especially in places where women are watched.

How do I prove what happened?
When you face injustice, your truth matters. This guide walks you through how to gather evidence, record your story, and prepare for legal or community action, even when you feel alone.
About Rehaa
Born from lived experience, Rehaa is a feminist, refugee led platform working to amplify the voices of girls and women silenced by forced marriage, violence, censorship, and neglect. We believe no girl should be trapped by circumstance and that our stories, research, and sisterhood can shift what’s possible.

Our Impact & How We Work
Rehaa began as a volunteer led project shaped by survivors, allies, and researchers with deep roots in the region. Our work is participatory, trauma informed, and community driven. We grow trust, amplify hidden truths, and push for real change.
